Digital Asset Custodians

What We Do

Digital assets (DAs) are on the climb, and the infrastructure around custody, capital raising, and RWA issuance is getting better every year. DAC exists because we believe a significant portion of the global financial sector will be built around stronger DA custody systems and more governed capital pathways.

Right now, DAC operates as an introducer and structuring intermediary. We collect enquiries, help shape them into something presentable, and where appropriate facilitate introductions to independent, appropriately licensed partners (capital providers, custody providers, and other specialists).

DAC does not currently act as a lender of record, or not provide custody services at this point in time. We're progressively working toward proper custody/lending licensing and we're excited to bridge to these proprietary services in the future.

This page is a general overview only. It's intended for sophisticated individuals, institutional, accredited and other non-retail clients and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or financial advice.

What We Focus On

Capital raising

Helping credible entities communicate their vision, structure their raise, and connect with the right counterparties.

Custody pathways

Supporting conversations around secure custody setups and risk controls by introducing independent custody partners.

RWA issuance

Exploring how compliant tokenisation and RWA issuance can unlock new capital and new markets with the right structure and the right approvals.

Private investments

Exploring private, non-retail investment opportunities alongside sophisticated counterparties, where appropriate.

Who We Serve

DAC is designed for non-retail counterparties who want to explore digital-asset capital strategies responsibly. Typical counterparties include:

  • Corporates and operating businesses with digital asset treasuries.
  • Funds, trading firms, and market participants.
  • Web3, fintech, and tech firms.
  • Family offices.
  • Sophisticated and accredited individual holders of digital assets.

DAC does not provide mass retail services and does not market to the general public.

Our Enquiry Process

Enquiries move through a simple process designed to stay clear and practical.

1

Enquiry

You share your goals and a basic overview of your entity.

2

Fit check

We check eligibility and whether it's something DAC can realistically support at this stage.

3

Structuring support

If suitable, we help tighten the structure and practical requirements for partner conversations.

4

Introductions & next steps

Where appropriate, DAC facilitates introductions. Any next steps proceed under partner processes and documentation.

Stability Rating Analytics

DAC is developing an internal Stability Rating System to help consistently assess asset behaviour across volatility, liquidity, drawdown risk, and structural resilience. The rating is informational and internal only and supports dialogue and structuring decisions, but does not predict performance or replace partner assessments.
